4MeCE is a leading provider of continuing education training courses. 

When you visit the Site, you can browse without submitting any personal information about yourself. We will, however, receive and store some non-personally identifiable information about you, as described below. In order to participate in certain functionalities, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information. Personally, identifiable information is information that can identify you, including, for example, your name or email address. 

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the types of personal information we may collect about you, how we collect, use, process, and disclose your personal information, and the choices you can make about how we collect, use, process, and disclose your personal information. This Notice applies to personal information collected through our website, mobile applications, the products and services we offer, from third parties, and anywhere else this Notice is posted. When you link to a third party’s site from this site, whose privacy practices may differ from those of 4MeCE, we have no control over the information that may be collected from that third party. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. This privacy policy does not cover information that may be collected from any third-party sites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit. 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, order form, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell this information to anyone. 

We will use your information to respond to you with about orders, questions about registration or attendance, and information related to the course(s) that you purchase or inquire about. We will not share your information with any third party, other than as necessary to provide the services you purchased, to assist your employer track your progress, or to a federal or regulatory agency such as the NMLS, as required. 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

We collect information about you in several ways in order to meet our goal to provide you and our customers with the information and services that are most relevant to you. We automatically collect general usage information about all customers and visitors to determine the number and frequency of visitors to the site and its areas. This information includes the type of browser or search engine you are using, traffic patterns on the site, and site usage. We may collect personal information about you in the following ways: 

• Registration. You may provide us with certain information such as your name, fax number, cell phone number, e-mail address, billing address and credit card number when you subscribe to our service or purchase a course. We may also request additional information from you such as TREC License or NMLS number in order to provide you with a more personalized experience when using the services. This information will be used internally by us to provide you with your requested services and to provide you the opportunity to receive information and notices about other services that we may provide. We will not provide this information to unauthorized third parties. 

• Updating Your Personal Information. Upon request, 4MeCE will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you would like to update, correct, or request that we no longer use your information, please call our Online Support at 469-714-0020 or email Customer Support or you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on the “My Account” link. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 

• Questionnaires and Surveys. You may provide us with information in questionnaires, interviews and surveys including but not limited to, your or mortgage sales experience, number of years in your career, marketing systems, listing systems, buyer systems, referral systems, office procedures, customer service, designated business planning. This information may be compiled in aggregate and used to better our online process. 

• Contests and Sweepstakes. We may, on occasion, run contests and sweepstakes and other promotions on our site or through our subscribed services in which we request entrants to provide their name, address, e-mail address or phone number. In some cases, entrants may be required to answer survey questions about a range of topics. This information will be used to verify the entrant’s identity and to communicate with entrants. We will not share any of the entrant’s personal contact or identifying information with any unauthorized third party. The identity of any winners from our contests, sweepstakes and other promotions may be disclosed in accordance with the contest, sweepstakes or promotions rules. 

• Service Providers. In the process of taking and fulfilling your order, your personal information will be sent to third party services in order to complete the purchase. The types of service providers being used include billing, web hosting, an email service provider to send emails on our behalf, and live chat software to assist you if you have questions when using our site or service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. 

• Testimonials. We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personal information such as the customer’s name. We do obtain the customer’s consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you wish to request the removal of your testimonial, you may contact us at Testimonial Removal. 

• Social Media Widgets. Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook, X , G+ and Youtube buttons. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. 

• Correspondence. If you send us e-mails or letters, we may keep a record of that correspondence. 

• Legal Disclaimer. In certain situations, 4MeCE may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet law enforcement requirements. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. 

• Business Transition. In the event 4MeCE goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email or prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent. 

• Updates
  Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page. 

• Online Orders
  We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. 

• Google Analytics uses cookies and pixels in order to collect demographic and interest-level information and usage information from users that visit the Service, including but not limited to information about the pages where users enter and exit the Service and what pages users view on the Service, time spent, browser, operating system, and IP address. Cookies and pixels allow Google to recognize a user when a user visits the Service and when the user visits other websites. Google uses the information it collects from the Service and other websites to share with us and other website operators’ information about users including, but not limited to, age range, gender, geographic regions, general interests, and details about devices used to visit websites and purchase items. We take reasonable measures to prevent linking information we receive from Google with any of your personally identifiable information. We do not retain credit card numbers and have access only to the last four digits of the credit card or the ability to process refunds through our merchant processor. 

Cookies and other Tracking Technologies 

We, 4MeCE, and our partners use technologies such as cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. 

We use cookies for our shopping cart, to remember users’ settings (e.g. purchase selections), for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited. 

• Log Files. As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you. 

What security precautions do we take? 

We are committed to protecting the security of your credit card and account information on our site. We take reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of information by us in the manner explained above. Please be sure to check this page periodically for changes.  REFUND POLICY

At 4MeCE.com, we are committed to providing the ultimate learning experience, which is why we back every purchase with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our commitment to quality education gives you peace of mind when making a decision. After one week, if our course doesn’t feel right, you can request up to a 100% refund.  

Please review the information below for a detailed explanation of our refund policy and how it pertains to the courses and products we offer. This information is also included in the enrollment agreement that students are required to sign during registration.   

Refunds are subject to the conditions noted below. 

1. Your purchase was made not more than 14 days prior to your refund request. 

1. You have NOT: 

• Attempted any portion of the final exam 

• Requested or been issued a certificate of completion 

• Completed 50% or more of the purchased course 

If you meet all of these criteria, you must submit your refund request in writing via e-mail to support@4mece.com within 14 days of your course purchase. 

Further, no refund will be issued for: 

1. Any associated national, state, and local mandated regulatory fees 

1. Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines) 

1. Course expirations (per course guidelines) 

Requested refunds that are approved may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase. 

Course Cancellation Policy:  

4MeCE.com reserves the right to cancel any course before the start of the class. A 4MeCE.com representative will notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. 4MeCE.com will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.   

Class change requests will be honored, at no cost, for all students who inform an 4MeCE.com account representative One (1) or more business days prior to the course start date.   

Rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability. 

• Again, should 4MeCE cancel a course, the student shall receive a full refund within a reasonable time; 

Course Specific Policies 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any course-specific terms, conditions, or policies presented during registration that may be inconsistent with the refund policy specified above, will supersede those listed in this refund policy.
